Request - Assignable tasks for users

Request:

1. To be able to assign day to day work tasks ranging from simple maintenance to feeding and other duties.
2. The ability for each user to check what tasks they have to do and check them off as completed when done.
3. Keep logs of the tasks assigned and completed and by who.
